FAQ

When should I book my session?

I typically book 4-6 weeks in advance for family/child and engagement pictures. I will always try to accommodate you if something comes up in a shorter timeframe provided I have availability. For maternity photos, I recommend doing your session at least six weeks prior to your due date.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I am based in Eau Claire, WI. I do travel for larger events like weddings; please inquire for information about wedding packages.

When will we get our photos?

Galleries are made available to clients within two weeks of the session. A sneak peak will be provided prior. For weddings, especially larger ones, galleries are made available within three weeks. I take time with this, and want to provide my clients with the best results. These are your memories!

What should we wear?

Earth tones and jewel tones are the best color palettes to use. Because sessions are held outdoors, outfits styled with those tones really pop against trees, flowers, and architecture. Solid prints are preferable with only minimal pattern accents. Please try and avoid white; it can overpower an image and causes washing out in heavily lit areas.
